Human Resources and Benefits Administrator

  • Administer human resources policies and procedures
  • Coordinate HR events and company-wide events
  • Coordinate benefits open enrollment
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Generate, send, and manage independent contractor documents
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts and own Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • On board all team members (including background checks and orientation)
  • Off board all team members
  • Responsible for filing and organizing HR documents following best practices


Office Management

  • Answer and direct office phone calls
  • Monitor, maintain, and replace office tools and equipment
  • Manage office vendor contracts (phones, office suppliers, mobile data, etc.)
  • Process all incoming office mail and shipments
  • Serve as main line of communication between office and landlords
  • Assist in keeping common areas neat and clean
  • Prepare annual office budget
  • Serve as conduit between IT and employees
  • Meeting coordination as needed
